Yasmin is a German-Ghanaian business leader and founded AFG in 2016 at the age of 27, leaving behind her 5-year long career at McKinsey & Company. She is an expert in family business research, remote work management and client impact delivery, having worked in more than 15 African countries. Yasmin holds two graduate degrees from Oxford and also is a member of the Harambe Entrepreneur Alliance, the leading network for African entrepreneurs.
Chief Executive & Founder
Rasheeda is a very passionate consulting professional who used to work with McKinsey & Company in their Lagos office. Her experience spans across diverse fields within the management advisory spectrum. She has worked for both private and public clients. Prior to McKinsey, she worked with Pedebo Associates Ltd and Dansof Farm. She holds an MBA from INSEAD.
Roberta is a seasoned finance professional with more than 8 years of experience in managing financial accounts strategically. Prior to joining AFG, she worked for ECOM, one of the largest family-owned agricultural trading businesses on the continent. She holds an MBA from Bocconi University, Italy.

Regine obtained a BA from Mount Holyoke College, US before working as a Princeton in Africa Fellow in Malawi.
Holds an MBA degree from University of Ghana and started his career as a journalist.
Laud Abeiku Inkoom
Graduate from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration and career coach for girls in her free time.
Justice has been an associate with AFG for 2+ years; he helps to manage the community of AFG freelancers with parts of his time.
Originally from Nigeria, Toni graduated from Ashesi University with a BSc in MIS and subsequently worked in California.
Pius holds a BSc Business Administration from University of Ghana and previously worked for a leading logistics company.
Programme and Partner Manager
Bash is a graduate from University of Cape Coast with a degree in Administrative Management. Prior to joining to AFG, he worked with Cal Bank Ghana Limited, one of the prominent financial institutions in Ghana.
Brian holds a BSc. in Business Administration from Ashesi University College and subsequently worked for the British High Commission and Harambeans.
